ZDF氮封裝置
ZDF Nitrogen Sealed Unit
ZDF 系列氮封裝置是本公司自主開(kāi)發(fā)、研制的一套自力式微壓力控制系統(tǒng)，主要用于保持容器頂部保護(hù)氣（一般為氮?dú)猓┑膲毫愣?，以避免容器?nèi)物料與空氣直接接觸，防止物料揮發(fā)、被氧化，以及容器的安全。特別適用于各類大型儲(chǔ)罐的氣封保護(hù)系統(tǒng)。該產(chǎn)品具有節(jié)能、動(dòng)作靈敏、運(yùn)行可靠、操作與維修方便等特點(diǎn)。廣泛應(yīng)用于石油、化工等行業(yè)。
氮封裝置供氮、泄氮壓力設(shè)定方便，可在連續(xù)生產(chǎn)的條件下進(jìn)行。壓力檢測(cè)膜片有效面積大，設(shè)定彈簧剛度小，動(dòng)作靈敏，裝置工作平穩(wěn)；
為確保儲(chǔ)罐的安全，需在罐頂設(shè)置呼吸閥，呼吸閥僅起安全作用，避免了常規(guī)氮封裝置中（供氮閥和泄氮閥啟閉頻繁易損壞的缺陷）；
The ZDF series of nitrogen sealed unit is the independently developed by our company.It is an independent pressure control system mainly used in maintaining the constant pressure of protective gas(typically nitrogen) the top of containers to prevent the materials from being volatilized and oxidized because if the direct contact with air,and protect the safety of containers.It is particularly applicable to all types of large scale storage tank gas seal protection systems.The product has the advantages of energy saving,flexible action,reliable running,convenient operation and repair etc.As a result,ti is widely used in petroleum,chemical and other industries.
The nitrogen sealed unit is convenient for the nitrogen supply and nitrogen pressure relief setting,and the operation can be done in the condition of continuous area,small spring stiffness,flexible action and stable device work.
The breather valve shall be equipped to ensure the safety of the tank.the breather valve only has the function of ensuring safety and it can avoid the damage caused by the frequent opening and closing of nitrogen valve and vent nitrogen valve.
